At Dhruvo Shop, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔁 Return Policy

  • It must be checked in front of the delivery man at the time of receiving.
    Returns will not be accepted without any valid issue.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Returns will only be accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.

🚫 Refund Policy

  • Dhruvo Shop does not offer any refunds.

  • After successful return approval, customers will be eligible for:

    • Product replacement, or

    • Store credit, depending on availability and situation.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible for return.

  • Dhruvo Shop reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Dhruvo Shop-এ আমরা গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিই। অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার করার আগে আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা ভালোভাবে পড়ে নিন।

🔁 রিটার্ন নীতিমালা

  • ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্যটি চেক করে রিসিভ করতে হবে। কোনো সমস্যা না থাকলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

  • পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া হয়নি এবং সম্পূর্ণ অরিজিনাল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে (ট্যাগ, প্যাকেজিং ও আনুষঙ্গিকসহ)।

  • রিটার্ন করতে হলে পণ্য পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যেই আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

  • শুধুমাত্র ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অথবা ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে।

  • Dhruvo Shop কোনো ধরনের রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয় না।

  • রিটার্ন অনুমোদিত হলে গ্রাহক পাবেন:

    • পণ্য পরিবর্তনের সুযোগ, অথবা

    • স্টোর ক্রেডিট, পরিস্থিতি ও পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার উপর ভিত্তি করে।

  • ডেলিভারি বা শিপিং চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

  • গ্রাহকের ব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।

  • নীতিমালার শর্ত পূরণ না হলে Dhruvo Shop যেকোনো রিটার্ন বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।
